About Us

The Center for Wellbeing is New England’s premier provider of Weight Loss, Non-Surgical Knee & Joint Pain Relief, and Regenerative Medicine. Our mission is to help people avoid unnecessary medications and surgery as much as possible by activating their own self-healing abilities. The Center for Wellbeing was founded in 1995 to fundamentally impact New England residents who suffer from chronic conditions and pain. Located in Portsmouth and Bedford New Hampshire, and Braintree and Woburn Massachusetts, we use a modern approach to sustainably improve chronic pain, weight management, and inflammation, making lasting impacts on our patients’ lives. Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jeff Donatello works with his medical team to help patients with chronic pain and inflammation using a Regenerative Therapy (Stem Cell Derived Biologics) and Functional  Medicine Model. This approach gets to the root cause of inflammation and disease rather than masking symptoms. He has a 30+ year career in health care and is passionate about empowering people  to optimize their health and wellbeing.

Kelly is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Counselor and works with the medical team to support our patient’s personalized needs. Her 20 year career in technology provided a solid foundation to help educate our patients on regenerative and functional medicine therapy options. She continues to follow her curiosity about human potential and self-healing therapies.

Director, Medical Team

Krystle began her career in a Primary Care office as a medical assistant. She loved caring for patients, so she went back to school in 2008 to become an RN. In 2012, she graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing. After more than 12 years in primary care, she decided to further her education again becoming a Nurse Practitioner. In 2017, she graduated with her MSN and became Board Certified as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. Following graduation, she spent more than 3 years working in pain management with an interest in holistic care.

Patty graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Medical Assisting from Hesser college in 2013. In 2018, she furthered her career by receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She came to us with eight years of Pain Management and Surgical Center experience. Her knowledge ranges from insurance inquiries, medical billing, triage, and providing excellent patient care. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and three dogs.

Denver believes in educating and inspiring her clients to promote sustainable healthy lifestyle changes. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Wellness from the University of New Hampshire, and is a certified Institute for Integrative Nutrition health coach. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, volleyball, fitness, dancing, and cooking healthful meals for friends and family. Seeing individuals succeed and grow within their health journey is what thrives her as a health coach, and she aspires to be the best right-hand woman possible in all her client’s journeys.

Kellie is a certified personal trainer and nutrition counselor. Her passion is working with people that want to transform their bodies for better health, strength, and beyond. She is obsessed with the science and art of personalized nutrition and exercise. Crafting a plan and seeing it create the desired outcome for her clients is so rewarding. Kellie has been at this for almost 20 years. She loves learning the latest in nutrition, health technology, and movement in order to share new techniques with her clients.

Kellie has a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Southern Maine.

Front Office Coordinator

Autumn began as an Esthetician graduating in 2014. She loved educating people on products to take care of their skin. She then started in the medical field working as the front desk coordinator in a cardiology office and pediatric primary care. She continued her education in phlebotomy in 2018. She loves the thought of people feeling great about themselves both inside and out. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her fiancée and their two boys, exploring nature, cooking meals, playing in the football fields, and relaxing on the beach.

Sarah (“Sully”) comes to the Center from a diverse background in Management, Sales and Marketing. She has also been a broadcaster for 30+ years in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts Radio and TV. Sarah’s passion for the Center for Wellbeing comes from her personal success with the Metabolic Reset Weight Loss Program. Her family has a history of diabetes, so she is thrilled to be a part of an incredible staff who are helping people live healthier, longer lives! Sarah is married with one son and three step-children, and on her off-days, you’ll find her singing, playing the trumpet, cooking, and working on her house.

Thandiwe Dhliwayo, MSN, FNP

Thandiwe Dhliwayo, MSN, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Thandiwe has been working in the medical field for over 14 years and has a passion for caring for individuals as a whole person, both physically and mentally in a holistic way. Thandiwe started her nursing career as a licensed nurse assistant and has worked across a broad scope of medical settings including nursing homes, hospitals, and PCP offices. She graduated in 2014 with her bachelors of science in nursing from the University of New Hampshire and later went on to graduate in 2018 from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science with her MSN as a family nurse practitioner. Following graduation, she spent 3+ years working as a PCP for people of all ages. Thandiwe’s goal is to empower patients and provide them with lifelong health tools and knowledge that will guide them toward living their best life!

Health Coach Managing Director

Jen has been in the health and wellness field for 15 years. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2008 with a Bachelors’s degree in Exercise Science. She has a Master Health coach certification through ITN, where she also obtained a Specialty Certification in both Diabetes and Hormones. Jen is a certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition and lastly, has a personal training certification through ISSA.

After experiencing her own health issues and healing them through the power of nutrition it really opened her eyes to another level of understanding that food truly is our medicine!

Jen couldn’t imagine doing anything else! It excites her to educate, empower and inspire others to live their best life.

Amy Dagan

Health Coach

Amy comes to us with a background in the technology and healthcare industry as a Corporate Sales Trainer, along with having an extensive background in dermatological skincare. She received her BA in Humanities and Social Science from UMass Dartmouth and is a certified Integrative Health Coach from IIN with a concentration and certification in Gut Health. 

She has experienced her own gut health issues and has learned the importance of being mentally and physically healthy through the use of exercise and nutrition. Her mission is to educate and inspire people to live free from the inside out, because when you feel your best you can live the life you were truly meant to live! 

Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, two boys and two bird dogs, Lilly and Leo. She also loves running and barre.

Health Coach

Candy believes we can change anything about our health with the right food and mindset. Her journey with Crohn’s disease is what led her to this field. Allowing food and lifestyle changes to lead her away from a destiny of medications, pain, and humiliation. Candy is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since 2015, has received her certification in Mindfulness Meditation and is a Reiki Master Teacher. She is obsessed with learning more about health and wellness every day and cannot wait to share it all with you. Candy is inspired to help others discover the magic of clean whole food and the massive effects of incremental lifestyle changes. She believes we all need a coach in our corner.

Chris Kady

Medical Assistant

Christopher graduated the Health Training Center in 2004 with an education in Clinical Medical Assisting and joined the American Registry of Medical Assistants in 2005. Over the last 18 years he has worked across a broad spectrum of healthcare  ranging from primary care, specialty medicine to, most recently, Urgent Care. Providing care to the community has always been his first calling. In 2013, Christopher received his second calling and took holy orders as an Ordained Interfaith Minister.  He proudly serves the state as a Unitarian Vicar and Registered Medical Assistant with the New Hampshire Disaster Behavioral Health Response Team (D.B.H.R.T.) and was a founding volunteer and board member with the Greater Derry Medical Reserve Corps since 2006.
When not working, volunteering, or providing faith services, Christopher can usually be found in the kitchen, baking or at the beach.
