The Center for Wellbeing was founded in 1995 to fundamentally impact New England residents who suffer from chronic conditions and pain. Located in Portsmouth and Bedford New Hampshire, and Braintree and Woburn Massachusetts, we use a modern approach to sustainably improve chronic pain, weight management, and inflammation, making lasting impacts on our patients’ lives. Dr. Jeffrey Donatello, DC, CNS, CFMP

Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Jeff Donatello works with his medical team to help patients with chronic pain and inflammation using a Regenerative Therapy (Stem Cell Derived Biologics) and Functional Medicine Model. This approach gets to the root cause of inflammation and disease rather than masking symptoms. He has a 30+ year career in health care and is passionate about empowering people to optimize their health and wellbeing.

Kelly Donatello

Co-Founder, Chief Experience Officer

Kelly is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Counselor and works with the medical team to support our patient’s personalized needs. Her 20 year career in technology provided a solid foundation to help educate our patients on regenerative and functional medicine therapy options. She continues to follow her curiosity about human potential and self-healing therapies.

Kellie Beauchesne

Director of Client Experience

Kellie is a certified personal trainer and nutrition counselor. Her passion is working with people that want to transform their bodies for better health, strength, and beyond. She is obsessed with the science and art of personalized nutrition and exercise. Crafting a plan and seeing it create the desired outcome for her clients is so rewarding. Kellie has been at this for almost 20 years. She loves learning the latest in nutrition, health technology, and movement in order to share new techniques with her clients. Kellie has a bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Southern Maine.

Tay Bagley

Strategic Advisor

As a Strategic Advisor at the Center For Wellbeing, Tay brings a wealth of experience garnered over 15 years in the healthcare industry, highlighted by his tenure as a startup Chief Operating Officer. His adept leadership steers teams towards profitability and success through strategic initiatives. Tay's multifaceted expertise in sales, operations, finance, and business development empowers our Leadership Team to identify and capitalize on opportunities, ensuring sustained growth and impact. Renowned for his prowess in cultivating strategic partnerships and leveraging cutting-edge technology, he drives innovation and advances healthcare outcomes with unparalleled efficacy.

Thandiwe Dhliwayo, MSN, FNP

Nurse Practitioner

Thandiwe has been working in the medical field for over 14 years and has a passion for caring for individuals as a whole person, both physically and mentally in a holistic way. Thandiwe started her nursing career as a licensed nurse assistant and has worked across a broad scope of medical settings including nursing homes, hospitals, and PCP offices. She graduated in 2014 with her bachelors of science in nursing from the University of New Hampshire and later went on to graduate in 2018 from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science with her MSN as a family nurse practitioner. Following graduation, she spent 3+ years working as a PCP for people of all ages. Thandiwe’s goal is to empower patients and provide them with lifelong health tools and knowledge that will guide them toward living their best life!

Bonnie Crosley

Health Coach

Bonnie has always followed a healthy lifestyle and truly believes that food is nature’s medicine. She takes pride in the fact that at this stage of life, she is on no pharmaceutical medications. Her love and passion for helping people become the best healthy versions of themselves has turned into a full-time dream job. Anyone that has worked with her clearly sees the excitement she has when her patient’s healthy goals are met. She obtained her Coaching/Health and Wellness certification through Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania. She also received her 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training from Full Circle Yoga School in Coco Beach, Florida and currently offers one on one sessions. In Bonnie’s spare time she loves cooking and spending time with her friends, 2 daughters and her 4-year-old grandson Bradley. If there is music and a dance floor nearby, you will be sure to find her there!

Candy Foster

Health Coach

Candy believes we can change anything about our health with the right food and mindset. Her journey with Crohn’s disease is what led her to this field. Allowing food and lifestyle changes to lead her away from a destiny of medications, pain, and humiliation. Candy is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach since 2015, has received her certification in Mindfulness Meditation and is a Reiki Master Teacher. She is obsessed with learning more about health and wellness every day and cannot wait to share it all with you. Candy is inspired to help others discover the magic of clean whole food and the massive effects of incremental lifestyle changes. She believes we all need a coach in our corner.

Karen Fernandez

Health Coach

Karen is a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who is dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and wellness through a holistic approach to diet and lifestyle. With a passion for her own health journey, Karen understands the transformative power of prioritizing self-care. It was through her own struggles and triumphs that she discovered the profound impact of holistic wellness on every aspect of life. Karen's mission is to empower clients to become the best versions of themselves by embracing positive lifestyle changes. Whether it's through adopting a food-as-medicine approach, mindset shifts, or wellness practices, Karen is committed to guiding clients towards lasting health and happiness. Outside of coaching, Karen enjoys staying active through group fitness classes and is a big hockey fan. She values quality time with friends, family, and her beloved French bulldog. Karen also loves reading and being outdoors, finding peace and happiness in nature.

Amanda Fay

Health Coach

Amanda’s life completely transformed as she experienced the world of health and wellness after coming from a place of medications, stress, and processed foods. After graduating from Endicott College in 2012 with a Bachelor's of Science, Amanda was inspired from her father lifting weights and she too hit the gym. In 2014 Amanda became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and in 2017 Amanda became a Holistic Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has since conducted over 1,000 private training sessions with clients all over the world. In addition, Amanda also has extensive experience with large group exercise instruction and public speaking. Previously, Amanda has successfully owned her own Pre and Postnatal boutique fitness studio as a Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Instructor and has coached over 500 Orangetheory classes as an Orangetheory Coach. Amanda’s favorite job to date is working as a health coach at the Center for Wellbeing. With a compassionate approach Amanda lays the path for clients to achieve greatness through goal setting, accountability, and inspiration. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys cooking from scratch, reading, gardening, playing card games, and watching Survivor! Amanda lives in Southeastern Massachusetts with her husband, daughter, and 6 chickens.

Kat McGuinness

Kat's passion for integrative and functional medicine ignited during her teenage years, propelling her into a career dedicated to helping others optimize their well-being. With over 7 years of experience in the dietary supplement industry, she has seamlessly navigated roles in quality assurance and sales, collaborating closely with professionals across various holistic disciplines. Her expertise extends to engagements with the FDA and leading dietary supplement brands, ensuring product efficacy and safety. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kat's love for nutrition and wellness is evident in her enthusiasm for gardening, road trips, yoga, and crafting her own juice elixirs. She embodies a holistic approach to health, empowering individuals to take control of their well-being through nourishment and self-care.

Amanda began her healthcare career in 2007 in primary care, transitioning to pain management in 2008, where she worked at the front desk and as a medical assistant. Over time, she moved into front office management. In 2019, Amanda shifted to Urgent Care and Emergency Medicine for a few years before joining the Center for Wellbeing. Now, she contributes her diverse skills to ensure the center provides comprehensive and compassionate care. Her journey reflects a commitment to professional growth and making a positive impact on the well-being of those she serves.

Lydie Donatello

New Client Consultant

Passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle, Lydie has seamlessly integrated her love for exercise, nutrition, and wellness into her professional journey. With a lifetime of experience surrounded by health and wellness, she has found a way to utilize her degree in communications to help individuals begin their health journey at the Center for Wellbeing. In her free time, you can find Lydie at the gym, in Boston for a concert or sporting event, or in the warmer months, at the beach on the lovely New Hampshire coast.

Autumn Keown-Morgan

Autumn began as an Esthetician graduating in 2014. She loved educating people on products to take care of their skin. She then started in the medical field working as the front desk coordinator in a cardiology office and pediatric primary care. She continued her education in phlebotomy in 2018. She loves the thought of people feeling great about themselves both inside and out. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her fiancée and their two boys, exploring nature, cooking meals, playing in the football fields, and relaxing on the beach.
