Founded by Dr. Jeff Donatello and his wife, Kelly Donatello, Center for Wellbeing combines more than three decades of clinical experience with a passion for helping people overcome chronic pain and restore active, fulfilling lives.

For over 30 years, Dr. Jeff Donatello has been at the forefront of functional and regenerative medicine, continually seeking innovative ways to help patients heal rather than simply manage symptoms. His background in rehabilitation, functional medicine, nutrition, and regenerative therapies has helped thousands of people reduce pain, improve mobility, and avoid unnecessary surgery. Whether treating arthritis, joint injuries, or chronic musculoskeletal conditions, his philosophy is always the same: support the body's natural ability to repair and recover.

Kelly Donatello, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and business leader, brings a lifelong passion for wellness, education, and patient experience. Together, Jeff and Kelly have created a boutique practice where every patient is known by name and every treatment plan is individualized, compassionate, and grounded in the latest advances in regenerative medicine.

Today, Center for Wellbeing focuses exclusively on regenerative solutions and stem cell therapy for chronic pain and orthopedic conditions, partnering with board-certified physicians who perform image-guided procedures in our state-of-the-art medical suite. Our goal is simple: help people move better, live better, and return to the activities they love with confidence.
