What is a health coach?
A health coach is your personal advocate for living an energized and healthy life. We work with clients to help create happy, healthy, lifestyles in a way that is flexible, fun and free of judgement. By working with one of our health coaches, you will receive moral support, food plans and new lifestyle recommendations that work best for you. Because one solution does not work for everyone, we focus on the individual and make gradual, lifelong, changes which enables you to reach your current and future health goals.
This personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, you’ll explore concerns specific to your body and your beliefs, and develop the tools you need for a lifetime of balance and wellbeing.
Here at the Center for Wellbeing, we look out for your absolute best. Our health coaches have been trained in over 100 dietary theories and lifestyle coaching techniques. These teachings enable them to help you discover what will bring you success, along with what may be holding you back. All of our health coaches are certified by accredited institutions.
