They have a talented team of massage therapists that are certified to practice sport massage, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and deep tissue massage. Owner, Amanda Holt, is a licensed, and nationally certified, massage therapist + holistic health practitioner who’s has been practicing for over 11 years. She has trained with Tom Myers in his Movement Immersion program and has provided RockTape and athletic bodywork services for the CrossFit Regionals in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017.
Personally, we adore Amanda and the people she surrounds herself with. She has a heartwarming energy and is very talented in her ability to get to the core and help us heal the “issues in our tissues.” A monthly massage with a Body Mechanix therapist is part of our routine to keep our immune system healthy and avoid injury.
